Subject: Age Group Triathlon Teams

I see that Full Send is expanding its team to three tiers in 2021.  For the 2020 race year, Team Snapple didn't do an application process and took things in a different direction.  So, what are the best options to look for when applying for 2021 National Age Group Triathlon teams? What do people need to consider when looking for a team?
