 Swim
Comments: A swim at my regular pace I only have one speed, no faster tempo than my oly last week. What would you do differently?: Maybe take some lessons to improve my technique and speed?  Transition 1
Comments: A good transition, efficient without stressing.  Bike
Comments: Lots of turning as we were riding back and forth 4 times on the same road. Had to slow down a lot and lose momentum. With that in mind, a pretty good time for me. Happy with that. Transition 2
Comments: Not my fastest T2 of all times but OK  Run
Comments: Very happy with the run, which is my least favourite of the 3. There was quite a tough hill to climb but what goes up must come down and I let loose downhill and made up the time I lost on the way up. Post race

After my debut olympic race last week in the rain, I decided yesterday to do one more this year, a sprint in the sun this time.
Left my house at 8:15, and arrived there an hour 20 later
Not much, walk around, light stretching, broke the zip on my wetsuit and considered not wearing it but tested swimming a few strokes and decided that it would do.
