Walked a bit, and sat in the car. No stretching or running.

Comments:

Felt normally brutal in the middle, but then my effort felt the same but my times dropped - the winter of good speed work showed it's results in the 2nd half! Ran in 3rd for the first mile, passed 2nd just after 1 mile, and kept the leader just a block ahead from 0.5 miles through the finish. Couldn't track him down though.

What would you do differently?:

Walked a bit. Stretched OK at home 60 mins post-race.
