Subject: Training outside or in a bike trainer?Hi!   
 
I'm new to this group, I started training for my first sprint triathlon about 4 months ago, however, 1 month ago I started a new training plan with a higher level of difficulty. 
  
In this new plan I have bike workouts of an hour and a half or 2 hours and I've been doing them on the trainer due to the weather. 
  
I would like to know if I should lower my training times  (keeping in mind that the difficulty on the trainer is higher ) or if I should follow the training plan? 
  
Do the training plans take into account the idea that you are doing it on the trainer or outside?
