Held great pace but my heart was pounding the first two miles.

Eat less I dont know my heart was beating so hard I was having pain on both sides of the back of my ribs.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Still need to find a balance Ive being able to use all my energy by the end of the race. Feel like Im conserving too much.

Event comments:

Great race but somewhat poorly organized two of the three water tables I passed on the run the water guys were messing with cases of water rather than actually HANDING the water out. The third table people were actually stopping at the table rather than grabbing the water on the run so I passed it also.

My bike transition is hard to tell as Im riding a mountain bike theres no change in the shoes right now. Only thing I can say is be a minimialist. I skipped the shirt and attaching the number. Dont touch water or GU until Im well on the bike. I use Yankz for my shoes so theres no tying involved.
