DVD's for the bike on the trainer

Spinervals are very popular dvds to ride along with - there are many to choose from - just depends on what type of workout you are looking for. Also, there are a couple of training dvd called Rides 1 and Rides 2 which takes on group training rides through Colorado or Las Vegas. The rides dvds are a little different concept than the spinervals. Also, there are some training dvd's from Carmichael training systems. All of them are good - just depends on what you are looking for from a dvd. If you want pm with more specific ideas or questions and I would be happy to help you find one.

thanks for the info - I got the Spinervals Aero Base Builder IV and I found it to be very helpful ... and infinitely more interesting than the spare room walls!
