Pre-race routine:

Drank 16 oz water and stretched. It was cold, but i had perfect clothing. My underarmor longsleeve compression shirt and a tshirt.

What would you do differently?:

I did as well as i could given my training, so train more is number one. I also need to train on off road terrain which i really enjoyed, but never trained on so it was awkward.
