I've maxed out around 1hr 20min on my rollers. Both parts of my anatomy used for though processing are going numb by that point.

Hmm I have done2.5 hours no problem with the TV on. I plan to do most of my IMAZ training on the trainer.

5 hours on the trainer- yep, that's right.  It was horrible.  But I chose to do that rather than bike outside in crappy weather.  I watched a few good movies so it wasn't all that bad.  Ok, it was bad.
