Comments: Good run. Nice and hard. 2-3 steep hills in the middle of the run which definitely wake you up. Balboa Park has decent running trails. *GET NEW SHOES* *WEAR RUNNING SHIRT* What would you do differently?: bring an MP3 Player. Carb up and Hydrate better the night before. Post race
