I'd like to organize a 16 hour ride here.  I will have to start looking for place.

I kind of decided to start training as a silent tribute to my dad.  I envisioned him on my shoulder as I rode my bike and ran.  It worked to keep me motivated.  Thanks for the reminder, I have lost my motivation but this kind of brings it all back.

The only person I "know" who was stricken with ALS was Lou Gehrig, who's always been an inspiration of mine.  It's a terrible, cruel illness.

Great job, and keep us posted.

Just watched this year's broadcast of Kona and was very moved by Jon's story. In my occupation (Estate planning attorney) I have seen the tragic results of this disease. I will do my part to support these efforts.
