I haven`t been training or tri-ing for very long. My only races have been the one mile turkey trot race , run for the prize 5k, an a kid`s tri

the thing got me to start tri-ing was dad`s starting to tri, and my brother`s tri birthday party at the reservior.

I love tri-ing but the chalenges are sort of chalengeing .

also I realy need to improve my skills as a speller and a typist.

 my family does goba regularly and I love to run and swim.

 i do need help with my dreadmill running so i don`t stop every 1/0th of a mile or so.

How is everyone doing?  Sorry I have not been posting much out here.

I have been checking logs, and leaving inspires.  Although the last 3 days I have been off line mostly.

Jen, sorry to hear you missed your 5K.  I am sure you can find another one to run.
