Sporty, I love it....

I have a TYR Maxback sports bra (the one with the mesh on the back) and I LOVE it.  I know they are expensive but I've had mine for going on 4 seasons, including training for 2 HIMs and a marathon,  and it has never rubbed me wrong

Princess_Megz - 2007-01-18 4:04 PM  Where can you find this mythical body glide? (my shorts have been chafing as of late) I'm in Canada, does that matter? Thanks and good luck!! Megz

If you can't find it locally at your LBS or LTS Trisports.com sells it.

This isn't exactly what the topic is addressing, but I've found that zinc oxide - the fancy name for diaper rash cream - is really good for treating and healing chaffing once the offense occurs.

Road Runner Sports sells Body Glide online if you can't find it locally, but I've found it at bike shops, running shops and large sports stores. If you know to look for it, it is pretty easy to find.

Doesn't that stuff block sun rays too?!? Could serve as a dual purpose cream!

Sweet thanks I've never really looked as it has only recently been a concern, but I'd never heard about it other than on BT. I'll check it out for sure.

Sporty-boobied women of the world, unite!

Good to know different types that work for my fellow sistern o' the smallish. Usually these threads are for the larger-boobed, and I don't read 'em. Thanks for posting!

It's so nice to hear that there are other women out there who are also using their 'sporty' boobs to be prous and sporty! I am also going to be getting some Body Glide... thanks for all the input girls!

As others have said--Body glide, body glide, body glide. I have problems with the chest band rubbing right under where the HRM strap sits. Body glide works wonders.

If your bras have been around awhile and look beat up, they probably are. I generally find when they start chafing a little more, they support a little less, or they just don't seem to sit right anymore it's time for new ones. I'm a b/c cup and I wear a hind bra. Runs around $48 and it is REALLY comfortable and supportive.
