Pre-race routine:

Showed up around 10:15 (race started @ 11) plenty of time for stretching & picking up my packet
Event warmup:

Nothing really it was a bit cool outside so I stayed inside until about 2 minutes until the race started.

Comments:

Kevin Allen & I both had a PR @ this race!!! The reason I had such a good race was the posses of folks following me around the course (especially my Shannon)


What would you do differently?:

I should of trained for this race... I had a sabbatical from running between Oct & Dec due largely impart to a nagging IT band... After the IT band healed I trained on a treadmill... Longest run leading up to this 1/2 was a 10 mile run between my house to the gym

Whoa!  Nice run for not running as much as you'd of like.  Geez, I wish I could run that fast with not that much running.  Take care of that ITB!
