My last two bike routes wouldn't register elevation either.  Still agreat feature though.

Looks like the USGS service that the elevation data comes from is only serving up data for the US and part of Canada at the moment.

This is why the 'Reset Elevation' button is there. Once the service is supplying data for your area again, edit your route, click the button and and it'll get the elevation data for your map.

That worked, sort of.  The problem is on their end, not ours.  No elevetion data for now.  Thanks for clearing that up.
