The formula and multipliers are as follows: Temperature Wind factor 30-35 .5 point light winds (5-10 mph) 1 point 25-29 1 points 11-19 mph- 2 points 15-24 3 points 20+- 4 points 1-14 5 points 0 and below 8 points Precip Bike multiplier drizzle/light snow 1 point 1 point for outdoor ride sub 50 degrees heavy rain/snow 3 points Suck-o-meter scoring Time in minutes x (Temp mult+Wind mult+precip mult+ Bike mult)= Suckitude score |

molto veloce mama 9311 | Subject: RE: Crummy Weather Week 14 (Feb 11-17) 2/15/07 = 26 x 7 (12 degrees, 11 mph wind) = 182 my first outdoor run in a while (i've been training for an indoor tri, so i really NEEDED to practice running on a dreadmill...i'd much rather be outside, REALLY!). anyway, it was a wonderful run....other than getting bit by a dog!
