What's the best swim workout binder book?

The top two I listed here are both $19.77 at Amazon, so I can't go by price . . . anybody have insight, or other options?

Swim workouts in a binder worked for me for 2 years. Now days I get sets from my coach... but if I didn't have a coach... I would still be using it.

Okay, smartarses, I live in the boonies and there are NO coaches and NO master's swim groups. So, give me what I need to coach myself . . . .

I typically pull workouts from here or a few other places. I write them down and put them in a ziploc bag.

I'm currently using Workouts in a Binder II from Bernhardt/Hansen and have had good success with it.

Being a slow azz newb swimmer some of the sets are a little daunting, but I think I have seen some success and grwoth with it.  And I like the way it is organized.  I got it for X-mas and have been using it for about 2 months now.

I don't know, but check my logs from Sept 2005 to February 2006. You'll find 400km worth of ideas.

You can also visit Jellyfish's logs. She has lots of great swim sets.
