Cycling Guru 15134 Fulton, MD | Subject: RE: Poll: Best swim workout binder book? I'm currently using Workouts in a Binder II from Bernhardt/Hansen and have had good success with it. Being a slow azz newb swimmer some of the sets are a little daunting, but I think I have seen some success and grwoth with it. And I like the way it is organized. I got it for X-mas and have been using it for about 2 months now. |
