Subject: RE: Team Skinny 2 - Feb 28 weigh-in OK, so here is my latest dieting tip.....It seemed I had been on a plateau for some time and not able to get under 165. Well, after two days in bed, fever, no appetite and feeling super lousy I was at 163.8. I actually even saw 161.4 the first morning I was sick, but I think that was just pure dehydration. By the way, I didn't have the stomach flu so I managed to reach that weight just by laying in bed for two days sleeping! Seeing as my weigh in on Wednesday was around 167, I seemed to have finally broken the 165 barrier. Well I am feeling better now, so hopefully I can just maintain that loss. I don't recommend the diet. |
