Funny, I was just going to post the same question....

I'll sign up this week. I hate having to drive 3 hours for a sprint tri but it's the closest one prior to the Route 66 Oly and I need the experience.

Haven't signed up yet, but will today or tomorrow. Never done a snake swim before - but saw the vid from last year. Looks like fun.

Did anyone do it last year? Is is 8 laps in a 50m pool?

I signed up a few weeks ago and then i went to a TAT meeting and won a free entry to it. So i don't have to pay anything!!

Yeah i actually live just outside of Tulsa and our local YMCA has started a Triathlon group. We now have around 30 people and spring fever will be almost everyone's first Tri. The sport is really growing in this area.

Things are coming along well with Spring Fever......we are no over 200 participants and the max cap is 250.....so not much room left. Remember there is a training ride this Sunday, April 1 at 10:00am. Meet at the Claremore Rec Center.....there will be people on hands afterwards to shoe you the facility and kind of map out the run course for you. I will not be there - I will be in Galveston racing.......have fun!!

I am doing lonestar this weekend. I should be back in time - I will make a point of it. I'm not sure if I'm coming home Sunday or Monday....I have the hotel through Monday - just because that way I can clean up after the race....but I may just drive home sunday.

I'm a bit nervous, the first tri of the year. I really need to practice my transitions.

By the way, I watched the video from last year. It was really well done. Kudos to the team that produced it.
