Pre-race routine:

drove downtown, parked at the YMCA, got there 45 min before race start at 0830.
Event warmup:

went in the YMCA to stay warm, 30 pullups, 60 pushups, 90 situps. jogged a mile from the Y to Slugger Field race start, got there 10 minutes before the start.

i cold a little cold from sweating with the wind gusting 20mph and 36 deg outside.
What would you do differently?:

run between races, seems my only running has been at each race.
Post race
Warm down:

picked up a gatorade and bread, and jogged back to the YMCA.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

lack of training

Event comments:

yesterday the wind was gusting 40mph and the temp dropped back into the 30's. it was starting to snow flurry right after the race as i was driving home.
