Running Times is better for that sort of information. At least, until RW corrupts it..... As to the OP.....There is no one out there that has "perfect" form. Also, be wary of someone telling you to try to mimic someone else. You aren't that person, you're mechanically different. Trying to force things can be a greater injury producer. From everything I've seen and tried and read, all beginning runners have "bad" form. As the run more, they develop better, more efficient form. There's no magic formula for this, other than more running, and patience. The nice thing about most form drills is that it allows your body to move the way it was built to. This will be blasphemous to some here, but oh well. |
