Comments: I was really happy with my pacing, I knew I would have trouble after the 10 mile point if I went out too hard. I kept my target pace for the first 10 miles, then my left hip really started to hurt. I had to walk for a bit, then walk/run after that. I was really frustrated. My HR was good, I felt good except for my hip. Really annoying. What would you do differently?: Maybe try setting a little slower pace to see if it would help with the hip problem. Post race

Got up 2 hours early, ate toast and PB
Drank lots of water.
walk/jog around parking lot.
ate 1 GU, drank a bit with it
