Pre-race routine:

Took the train in. Watch Cary Pinkcowski getting filmed for the TV
Event warmup:

Did some warm ups and streched some of my muscles.

Comments:

I did negative splits for the first 3 miles
10:30,10:10,9:50 but then I lost it when my bid belt came off. I was able to get back into pace but belt came off again at finish line
What would you do differently?:

Make sure the bid belt is on right and tight.
Post race
Warm down:

Ate a bagel and bannanda. Had 4 beers and watched a band play. Had alot of fun.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

need more running time. I think once I run on a more regualr basis I will be in alot better shape. Also beed to get rid og my parafomsis issue I have that created my knee problem. Also My club running shirt is a all cotton shirt I need a performace shirt. I was over heating on the race.

Event comments:

I liked the race but it is very crowded. It had a beatiful day to run.
