Swim
Comments: almost swam on top of Connors, who was in the previous wave! What would you do differently?: move to the front of the wave and swim like hell for the fist quarter mile... Transition 1
Comments: went slow, wanted to make sure i wasn't too dizzy from the swim. What would you do differently?: coulda moved faster Bike
Comments: tri-bars and pedals next year? What would you do differently?: all the marbles! Transition 2
Comments: took my time stretching for the run. What would you do differently?: coulda gone faster... Run
Comments: barely sweat, how did that happen? What would you do differently?: train for the run, dammit. Post race
Warm down: gatorade, water, banana, beer! What limited your ability to perform faster: Failed to run at least 5 miles during training. Pretty stupid, coulda shaved a few minutes off the run.
