Good job.
You had to lose too much time on transitions, because looking at your positions in cycling, swimming and running sections, you might be better positioned.

great race!!! now you just need to answer the sock question. i'm putting my socks on at t1 because my cycling shoes are also my running shoes. once i get the right bike and the shoes to match i may have the same question. i think people generally put them on at t2, but i'm not really sure.

If you've been riding without socks, you can easily skip them in T1. That way, you don't need to put them on with wet feet. I haven't been able to run without them yet, so I roll them on in T2, which doesn't take long. Good race!
