It was good, set a new PB again for the second staright race, 41:06, but I would have been well under 41 if it wasn't for the winds, they were brutal. The winning time was 40 seconds worse than last year, and guys who normally run 32mins were running 33 mins. Tough day. I was extremely happy to set a new PB under these conditions. Anyone know of any more 10km races that happen throughout the summer? I still have a goal of 40 mins that I need to beat!!! Cheers.

I think that the Sound and Silence 10K is around the end of May.  And there are some good 10K races on the mainland.  I heard that the Sandcastle 10K is a pretty fast course.
