Subject: Showering at work
we do not have a shower, or any other sport related facilities at work. I fortuanetly am a seafood mgr. and as such, besides a brisk rub down, body odour not a problem:>)

Well I a lucky dude, my office has not only showers, but a racquetball court and a little weight gym too. I use it all the time after my ride-ins, midday runs, and strength training too.
(In fact, I think theres space available here too In Littleton, CO at Dry Creek & Holly
