Subject: knee pain after bike fitting
i had my bike fitted on friday and one of the adjustments was he raised the saddle quite a bit. I rode 15 miles on friday night and then ran about 4 miles right after. My knee was not hurting on the bike but as soon as i started to run i has a sharo pain the the outside of my right knee. Do you think this is related to the raised saddle or just coincidence?

yup! get re-fitted and/or decrease your saddle height.

Not sure of the answer, but when I had my last bike fitting (I've had three); the changes were so substantial my bike fit guy adjusted it half way had me ride for a month before making the final adjustment. His fear was making such a big change would give me problems so we did it in two steps.
