I've complete the 12 week "getting started" and will participating in my first Tri on 6/24.

Now what ??

I see traing plans for the winter months, but nothing to take me thru the next 3-4 months. I have a "decent" base and can swim 30 min, run 20, bike for hours....so I want a run focused plan. I have Sprint distance Tri scheduled for June, July and August. Would like to squeeze a final one in Sept/Oct - as long as it doesn't interfere with our dedicated football/tailgating season

I feel at a loss with out a plan to follow. When I had specific dates and goals and workouts, I follwed them almost religiously.

Thanks so muhc. There is so much wonderful info on the site, but I've not been able to drill-down and find what I'm looking for.

Good luck on your search, and better luck in your races.

I usually repeat the last 3 weeks or so of my plan for the summer months. Just remember to rest up and taper before your races.

How about this:

Use the 16 week run focused Sprint plan and have it end on the date of your August race. You'd end up not using the first few weeks, but the running volume around the week you'd start would fit nicely with your current running volume.
