Subject: Can I show rest days in the planned training section?On a somewhat regular basis, I find myself accidentally workout out on days I'm supposed to have off. I quickly look at what's next in my 'planned training' section, don't notice the date and wind up doing things a day early. Is it (or would it be) possible to show days with NO training in the planned training section as a 'rest day' or 'no training planned' day? It sounds kinda backwards when I put it like that, but the rest days are just as important to see at a glance as the training days. Can I do this without revising my training plan?
