Why can't I see my graphs...

First, let's update your JAVA on the affected computers:

OK, I did the following:  go to internet properties>advanced and then make sure you have the box under 'java sun' checked and under 'Microsoft vm' have JIT compiler for virtual machine checked.  Both were checked.  Then I clicked http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp and verified that java was installed on my computer.  I did not reinstall it though.

reinstalled and still no go

I reread your post and first I want to make sure you are talking about the minigraphs in your training log correct?  The Actual vs Planned and the Total volume minigraphs?

I'm sure that's the case though.

Anyways, is it ONLY the minigraphs or do the 'big' graphs have the X too?  (for the big graphs, go to the 'graphs' link and choose one of them to see if they load.

Also, tell us the browser you are using on the computers that it doesn't work and if it's a mac or a pc.
