Can anyone explain why the weight training plan have different hours/minutes associated with them but the exercises stay the same? There doesn't appear to be any explanation in the plan materials.

What plan did you load up?  The optional core exercises are included in the totals for strength if they are listed.  The #sets, min and max reps can vary too for the weights.  The weights and core training aren't going to be exact for everyone depending on the rest and rep length...it's more of a guideline.

Also in the main 'programs' button is a 'strength and core' link for the core exercises:

I am on the 12 week HR Sprint Silver Plan.

The plan only gives the exercises like: 2 leg squat, leg presses, etc.

I have established my own repetitions, weight, and sets. I simply don't understand why sometimes the set is 45 minutes and other times the plan shows 1 hr 15 min. It does not indicate core because core is done on other days.

When you see the 0:45 minute strength as in June 26, that has 2 sets and, I think 12-15 reps per exercise.  The 1:15 strength day for example June 25 is 3 sets having 15-20 reps per exercise.  Probably doesn't account for the full 30 minutes difference, but in the old version of the plan we had the 45 minute days with a 1-2 set range insead of the current 2...bringing it more in line with what you see.

I'm sure we can tighten the minutes up b/w strength workouts...and is something I will definitely note for the next revisions...but just like the estimated swim times for workouts, these will be a little variable and most likely not perfect...although if strength times need to be reversed on specific strength workouts, I can definitely check it out more and make some revisions now.

Let me know if you have any more questions.  I hope that helps.
