Subject: Manhattan Beach Parking

I live in GA but am working in CA.  I went this morning (7am) and ran at Manhattan Beach.  I put qtrs in the machine but then I noticed that no one else had done that.  Then I saw a sign that said

"meter parking enforced from 9am to 8pm".

Does this mean the parking is free before 9am?

Yup, if that's what it says.  Usually near the beach is 10-10.  I'd say MB is missing out on some enforcement revenue.

How long you out for?  LA tri has their weekly ocean swims, Sunday 8 am at the MB pier
