Great run with splits exactly as planned! A little crowded first mile which slowed me a little. Good kick at end, but I left nothing on the course.

Course: Flat course along Atlantic Ave in VA Beach. Weather was perfect, no humidity and 70 degrees. Little head wind on part of course, but not bad at all.
