Get up closer to the START line so my Chip time and Gun Time are closer.

Warm down:

No warm down, hobbled to the car, and went directly to work. I love this job! NOT!

Loved it, my first ever race and I did better than my planned time. With a cell phone at my ear for the final 5 k's to! I have it on video from a buddies camera phone.
