Double Post.

I also like the chocolate ones but their flavor is too strong for me to eat while riding or running. Leaves a syrupy after-taste.

I'm with you on the Oatmeal ones Bear, I eat about 10 of them a week I think. I havent been able to find the carrot cake ones locally but it sounds like they might be worth looking a little harder for as I love carrot cake.

My second fav has to be the cherry almond, those things are a little too sweet for working out with but are great after you're done.

My favorites are

1) Chocolate chip peanut crunch
2) Cookies and Cream
3) Chocolate chip

Detect a pattern...but its so much better than a candy bar...I use them as part of the pre-workout/pre-race diet.

I also think there gels are awesome...strawberry actually tastes like strawberry and is perfect during the race.

ditto everything above, but just wanted to mention that most of their ingredients are organic. i think almost 80% of all their ingredients are natural and organic.

who knows what kind of genetically modified ingredients we're getting from other products. scary.

i could eat the blueberry crisp and chocolate chip peanut crunch clif bars all day long. haven't seen the new maple nut flavor yet.

and if you haven't tried the clif nectar bars yet, then maybe you shouldn't, b/c those things are too good. especially the lemon/vanilla/cashew bars.
