Comments: Started in the 2nd wave again. Got bumped around a litte until 1/2 way past the 1st buoy. Found some open water and cruised into T1. What would you do differently?: start in either the 1st wave or closer to the front of this wave. Transition 1
Comments: Wetsuit came off easy enough went sockless on the bike again What would you do differently?: nothing everything went pretty smooth Bike
Comments: Drank about 1/2 a bottle of gatorade. started getting calf cramps again need to hydrate more. Passed quite a few people again and was only passed by a couple. What would you do differently?: Drink more use the aerobottle Transition 2
Comments: Bike shoes off, socks shoes and hat on. What would you do differently?: maybe learn to dismount with shoes clipped to bike Run
Comments: started off a little too fast as I normally do. Could feel my calfs wanting to cramp up at any moment. Finished fairly strong but was passed by too many runners. What would you do differently?: Hydrate better on the bike More hill training Post race
