Pre-race routine:

The family came with me. It's always good to have a cheering section. I had an egg&cheese sandwich before leaving the house and a 7-11 coffee on the way to the venue.

Listened to the iPod, visualized the swim and transitions. Swam about 75m.

The sensor pickup was knocked out of alignment so the computer was erratic. Couldn't judge speed/effort, would've like to have gone faster.

Make sure the 'puter is working properly, preride to shake out any bugs.

Training with the son in the BOB jogger helps with the hills, felt strong and took 1:12 off of my run time from last year.

Great job!  I guess maybe I need to find myself a kid to push around so I can train for those hills.  Nicely done on the bike too!
