Subject: 1/2 Iron Packing List

I'm prepping all the usual stuff, but is there anything "special" or out of the ordinary that y'all like to pack for a 1/2 Iron or longer?

Extra tube and co2 in case of a double flat..that is about it.

The only difference for me in races ranging from sprints to Ironman is nutrition.  The longer I go, the more I need.  I don't change the setup on my bike or anything different (except wear socks on the bike during IM).
