Comments: I knew it was going to hurt and it did. Kept 1 guy in my sights for most of the run then with about .3 of a mile left he looked back probably thinking I was too far back so I attacked then. At that point I was about 45 seconds behind him, kicked it up to sub 8 min miles and only finished about 5 seconds behind him. Only a minute slower than my PR so with a little training I should be able to crush it. What would you do differently?: Start farther up Post race
