Pre-race routine:

Up at 5:45, get dressed and head out the door. Family will follow later. Get to race site and set up the tent for the family to sit under and then get my bike and transition area set up.
Event warmup:

Swim about 400 meters with drill set and some pick ups. Bike about 3 miles with some pick ups. Run about 3/10 mile with some pick ups.

Pretty Good swim. My OGTD Tri Top seemed to feel like a sail behind me. Perhaps I should have practiced with that.
What would you do differently?:

Probably wear my Orca race suit over my other gear for the swim portion of the race.

Very hot and did not run well at all, never had any legs. Probably a result of the focus on Ironman Florida in November. I've only been putting in slow milea at about 12 miles per week.
What would you do differently?:

Train with a different focus for this race next year.
