Subject: Off season/WInter training Can anyone provide me with some guidance on what I should do during the winter months. I looked at the BT 20 week (7-10 ) winter maintenance program and it looked pretty good except there are VERY few rest days. First one isn't until about day 19. I thought we were supposed to have one rest day per week. I do cross training stuff like ski and hockey, etc, and strength training but have no idea how much run/bike/swim to do.
