Swim more. This is the 3 time I have swam this year... So I can't really be too bummed..

What limited your ability to perform faster:

The lack of training this year! Competition is stiff!

Good race.. This race could be so much nicer if they would do it earlier in the summer!

THANKS! I was maxed out! However if you look.. I was in the middle of my age group as far as run times went! THAT SUCKS!

Thanks.. It felt good to be back.. Now the weather is about 55 degree's rainy and windy for the next 7 months!!!
