Subject: RE: Taboo foods?The majority of what enters into my body is unprocessed, low in fat (unless its "healthy" fat ), and high in protein. I've cut meat out drastically, but still eat it a few times a week. Fruits, fresh veg's, grains, egg's, seafood, etc. I used to live off fast food and everything else that basically kills you slowly, so I very very rarely eat any fast food anymore (basically only if i have no other option ). I've cut most dairy prodcuts out, but i do love cheese and milk. I also enjoy honey nut cheerios. Try to not eat or drink anything with HFCS.
