Porterhouse - rare, some form of potato smothered in cheese, flourless chocolate cake, numerous Marker's Mark Manhattans.

I forgot one thing.

Since it's my last meal, I'm having a whole pack of unfiltered Camels for dessert.

Surf and Turf - Steak with some delicious wine-derived sauce and lobster tail, sauteed mushrooms, a really tasty salad with good cheese on it, a Sam Adam's beer, and a big honkin' piece of cheesecake with a brownie bottom. I'm goin' out fat.

I'd start with Crawfish Bisque, followed by a Muffaletta washed down with cold beer, then I'd have beignets and some fresh Aunt Sally Pralines and cafe au lait for dessert.

Cajun ribeye steak, medium rare, with homemade mashed potatoes and gravy and oven-fresh biscuits.  Followed by a bowl of homemade vanilla ice-cream, drenched in melted dark chocolate, fresh raspberries on the side.

Lets hope it's made BY cajuns......and not FROM cajuns, eh?
Of course, that might explain why you've never heard of it....last meals and all.

Cajun ribeye steak

It's just been rubbed with "Cajun" seasoning before being seared.  It's one of the choices they have at Lone Star restaurant out here in Southern California.

(But who knows? Maybe it's actually made from Cajuns?)
