Pre-race routine:

Left Atlanta around 4am and drove to scotsboro, alabama. Had water, peanut butter toast, apple and gatorade.
Event warmup:

Ran mile the stretched for aprx. 15 minutes and headed to the water for a swim warm up.

I felt great on the swim, stayed in a nice caydence and kept it streamline.

Push a bit harder.

still lagging a bit out of the water, need to get bearings and take several good deep breaths and use that endourance to make up some time.

work on my water to transition area sprint.

First race where i was able to keep with a group and settle on a comfortable cadence that allowed me to keep up and maintain one of my fastest overall bike legs.
What would you do differently?:

not too much, maybe a faster pace towards the end but overall very satisfied.
