Subject: training program when doing other sports? I have been planning my next season and deciding on a training program. I want to do an Oly or two next year and was thinking about doing my first in early June
I play soccer either 2 or 3 times a week for 4 hours. I don't run on soccer days. How do you integrate other sports activities into training schedules?
I was looking at the Oly training program here with emphasis on running because I'm bad at it. Running 3 times a week plus soccer 2-3 times a week seems too much running.
Does running in other sports help/hurt run training for tris?
