Comments: Not a bad swim, need to work on sighting. Terrible at it What would you do differently?: push alittle harder  Transition 1
Comments: I stink in T1, never seem to be in a hurry. This one was rough had to run uphill about 150 yards after swim. HR spiked after the run to T1. What would you do differently?: Work on getting into socks while wet. SO much time lost in transitions.  Bike
Comments: As usual bike stunk! What would you do differently?: practice Transition 2
Comments: dont take shoes off while riding, need to try that  Run

Did normal routine, not too excited about race since I was still sore from my tri the past weekend. Only did race because my wife and her dad wanted to do it.
