Our favorite tactic is to occupy the battalion conference room by force, use the LCD projector in place of the television and run the sound through the 5.1 surround sound system in there. We then proceed to crank it to "11."
I amaze my friends with my ability to play "YYZ" on GH II. As a long-time Rush fan, I had no problem picking up the funky rhythms.
Nephews have both GH and RB. So funny to hear their mom (my sis) at the dinner table yelling "let's rock 'n roll!!!" as we're clearing the table and heading to the playroom.
I got GHIII for Xmas and love it. I have cleared easy and am working on medium and am doing okay. I have tried the other 2 levels and they are impossible even if I slow htem down and practice I have no clue how I will ever finish them. Finally got my wife to play and she won't let me play. My 4 yr old tried to play but just stands there and taps he foot but does get a few notes right. It is funny to hear him go around the house and sing "I wanna rock and roll all night and party everyday" over and over again. He told me he wants to be a rock and roller when he grows up and I said fine "just don't do drugs", his comment was "That's rock and roll"!! I almost slammed my brakes in my car but just told him no it's not.
