Yo Philly BT Post-Race Marathon Party

Yo!

Though relatively new to Philadelphia, I've decided to carry my Houston Marathon tradition here by hosting a post party following the race.

You are officially invited to the First Annual Yo Philly BT Post-Marathon Party at my place.  I live about a mile and a half from the finish, near the old Eastern State Penitentiary in the Fairmount area.

There will be plenty of GREAT FOOD and a chance share your tales of glory with other BTers!  Drop in any time from 11:00am to 4pm on race day, November 18.    Please RSVP in this thread, and I will PM you the address.  Also indicate if there is anything you'd like to bring to share.  I'm looking forward to meeting many of you here -- especially y'all (oops!) who have been so helpful during my transition.

Unfortunately, this apartment is about 1/3 the size of the BT Party House in Houston, where I also offered the upstairs master bedroom suite as a post-race shower & get dressed facility for those who didn't have hotels nearby.   Here, I still think it's fine if you need to shower... but  there's only one apartment-sized bathroom here, so plan on making it quick!   I'll have lots of clean towels and washcloths ready just in case.  Please bring your own deoderant. 

If you'd like to drop off clothes, food to share, your personal-must-have post-race nutrition item or massage device, or anything else before the race, I'll be around much of Friday and Saturday.
