Only ran 1.5 miles I have a running background, but I'm new to tri training. My legs feel so heavy after all of the bike training and it is affecting my runs. Does this eventually go away?
This is a challenge for me, but I do have lots of other stuff to do that will probably not even allow time for a workout!!!! (plus the fact that I am tired and really *should* take a rest day). Addiction??? Me?? Naaah.
2 mile bike - on the mountain bike - freaking cold and I live on a hill so its always an uphill finish.
then off to a swim class for a stokes class.
now off to the y for another swim!!!
